The recovery room is the best! I had another wonderful appointment with Vikki where she guided me through a diagnosis, treatment and then some homework for my rehab. This lady knows her stuff, is so welcoming and friendly every time I see her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've been to The Recovery Room a couple of times for sports massage before and it has always been great.This time I went to see Georgia 2 months after a bike accident to help ease the tightness and stiffness in my legs and knee which took some impact from the fall.We spent some time discussing what happened, the injury I sustained plus what was currently happening and Georgia worked wonders and even sent me away with some homework!!I'll be back for another sports massage after my next physio appointment for sure ☺️

I booked in with Georgia for the first time as I had pain in my back and neck. She was brilliant throughout the whole treatment, from identifying the issues I was having to applying the right pressure and advising on some exercises to try at home.
